About Doro

Founder Christine Gregory grew up eating her mother’s spicy Korean food and her father’s traditional soul food dishes. Her recipes perfectly represent that heritage with some spice, a little sweetness, and a whole lot of love.

On any given evening, it wasn't unusual to find bulgogi, collard greens, sticky rice, kimchi and saam (lettuce wraps) on the table. Christine grew up eating the comfort foods of two cultures, which ignited her passion for cooking and eating ethnic food.

Today, Christine has traded her career as a civil rights attorney to pursue a career in food as the co-founder of Harmony Global Foods and co-creator of the Doro brand. Through HGF she seeks to celebrate ethnic cuisine as a representation of culture, reflection of history, and as a means by which to uplift the culinary brilliance of historically marginalized identities.

WE ARE UNAPOLOGETICALLY FLAVOR FORWARD. At Harmony Global Foods, we pride ourselves on making modern ethnic cuisine that is rooted in the diverse cultures of our customers while pushing the limits on new and exciting flavors. Our food is always vibrant and made with high-quality, all natural ingredients.

Harmony Global Foods was created out of the desire to meet the demands of ethnic food lovers that are vastly under-served by grocery stores and meal kit delivery services.
